GREAT Page Miss Sunshine! You have a wonderful page to envy and delight in. A page containing sooo much array of colorful characters, real life news and opinionated grit. ROCK ON, Sunny!!!-My normally bland green tea now swallows rainbows. (No, I am not drunk) LOL Submitted By: Dan Tabor

thoughts Interesting ideas. I do believe we have the ability to chose who we are and who we will become...and have some ability to control how others view us. This thought is in oppostion to the prevelant thought given birth in the 70's that we are mere products of our environment. Every politician knows the truth and value of creating an image. And some even come to view their creation as their true person. Thank you for writing this...I do believe we are blessed with the ability to choose; the hitch is to learn what has lasting value and to choose wisely... Submitted By: Linda

howdy Well, I am keeping my word! I read your articles on the Writer's symposium and the deer under the porch. I hope the writers don't fall prey to preditors! Now I'll try to buy your story about Pres. Carter... jl Submitted By: Jim Lanier

happiness I think that happiness is something we chose and chose to embrace. It is seeing the glass as half-full, not half-empty. No, not a life of wearing rose-tinted glasses...but living a life that seeks to hear the music of the brook and not just feel the bruising of the hidden rocks. For myself, my happiness is rooted in my faith...a faith that I chose to embrace because it fills my soul and who can ask for more than that? These 5 things (Lyubomirsky) offered are all aimed outward and would tend to get one's eyes off one's ownself. Happiness also comes from a life in true self-less service to others. Good thoughts for tough times. Certainly happiness is not found in materialism. Just my thoughts! Love ya, l Submitted By: Linda
